Muah Mountain via Diaz Creek (June 7, 2026)
We did an overnight trip to Muah Mountain, camping at Diaz Creek along the way. The climb is fairly straightforward and mostly Class 1 terrain, stepping up to an easy Class 2 right at the very top.
Word of caution: There are a few false summits on the approach, and we accidentally climbed one of them. To avoid this, make sure you push all the way to the end of the ridgeline and wrap around to the east side of the main peak—the final ascent begins from there.
